Slightly more legal than yesterday!
In Ontario, this means I’m 19 now as of today. Sweet! Now instead of just returning random empties I may have, I can go get more alcohol as well haha.
Birthdays at my house aren’t really exciting, but I did get some nice gifts. From my mum I got a new pair of slippers (the same ones she has!), a handmade sweater, and a Belgian waffle maker :D. From my sister I received a dish rack and a pair of loaf pans for breads and stuff. From dad I got a make-shift gift certificate allowing me to spend up to $400 funded by him for audio in my car. I decided not to get audio though, since I don’t want to be any more deaf than I already am. I might get my windows tinted instead. I’ll wait until I have my next car (who knows when that’ll be) before I pump in the crazy features. I think window tinting and probably an insurance payment knocked off is good for now.

Well now I’ve decided I don’t want anything done to my car and I’ll just have $200 to cover some of my tire-costs and a insurance payment knocked off. I imagined myself driving long distances (and at night) with tinted windows and it didn’t seem that appealing to me. I like being able to see out to my left or right.
In other news
…Maybe I’ll finally get of my lazy ass and get busy with this website and other stuff on my to do list. I also plan on joining the Qbee again since way back in November I made another quilt patch is pretty damn awesome. That and I need to write some fanfiction, and make some crafty stuff for folks.
At the moment I’m also trying to drop the french course I’m in for this term in Waterloo. I figured it was a big waste of money since it’s not going to pull me forward in my degree at all. I’ll get a full tuition refund so that’s a plus.

Hope your 19th was awesome!
Well, sometimes using gift money for bills is the best idea. Good to know that you’re using it wisely!
Did you end up doing any of the things you thought about doing?
