School drama and plays I have to read for English.
Some people from our school organized a “Flashmob”-type idea for the school to participate in. Without, of course, any teachers’ knowledge. It was actually a cool idea, but the concept of the actual flashmob we were going to do was questionable. Ever seen the banned XBox commericial? It’s pretty much what happened in my school’s cafeteria. The teachers and principal weren’t too impressed. Can you guess why? The ‘guns’ of course. Also,becuase some people I know video taped it and the principal just happened to be in one of the videos. Then it was uploaded to youtube. :\
The first time I heard about it, it was on a community site (will not be mentioned in case of internet-savvy teachers…). I still agree it’s an awesome idea for school spirit (since any teacher has never been able to organize something so spiritful) but the guns thing was too much.
How did the principal take it? Horribly. He has now suspended 3 people (that I know of) and one of my friends may be expelled. One person today that I know, was suspended for mentioning the flashmob in front of the principal. Wtf? This is too far. I understand the video thing, and maybe the gun thing. Still, wtf? I do not think this constitutes for an expulsion at all. My friend’s expulsion really depends on him, and on the principal now. Too bad, since it’s grade 12 and all. :\
How about the English class bit now: The final, take-all, super-important project of the semester was given to us a while ago and I’ve only gotten around to picking the modern drama plays I need to read (then write a lengthy essay about..ugh..) and they’re due tomorrow. It’s a harder task than it looks, but I’m almost done.
Also: I’m the process of a new theme and it’s actually going to look good for once. I just need to get off my lazy ass and finish it.
My principal is a drama queen.

yeah, the principal is pretty gay. Although hes takinga bit too far, its understandable why he’s upset.
